IMEX connects planners with destinations and suppliers, and does it brilliantly. But the people who actually make registration happen, the platforms, the onsite tech teams, rarely get a moment with each other, or with the planners they serve all year.
So we made one. No panel, no agenda. Just drinks, small bites, and two hours to recharge after Day 1 with people who understand exactly what your week looks like.

* Border Grill sits inside Mandalay Bay between the Convention Center and the Casino, overlooking Mandalay Beach. From the exhibit hall it's a short indoor walk — no cab, no rideshare, no crossing the Strip.

Choose 2 Rent has spent more than a decade supplying registration hardware, badge printers, and event kiosks to organizers worldwide, working alongside nearly every major registration platform rather than competing with any of them. That's the whole reason we're comfortable hosting this: we sit in between.

We'll be at booth C4910 all three days of IMEX America with registration hardware, badge printers, and event kiosks on hand — the equipment itself, not a slide deck about it. If you have a project coming up, a platform you're working with, or a shipping and onsite logistics question you'd rather solve in person, book a time and we'll keep it clear for you.
